When I post an offer, but there are no offer requests

  • Depending on the ZerTag you tagged, The range exposed to users may vary. Increase your exposure with the right ZerTag!

Zer

I don't have enough Zer. How do I buy it?

  • You can purchase as much as you want from the in-app store.

  • I want to exchange Zer for dollars. How do I do it?

    • If you click the Withdraw button in Zer you’ve earned, you can exchange as much as you want. (You must exchange a minimum of 20,000Zer.)

  • I applied for Zer currency exchange, but the deposit has not yet been made to my account.

    • Currency exchange requests are processed daily at XX:XX. Subsequent deposits may take X~X days depending on the state of computation. For further inquiries, please contact our customer center.

  • Is there any way to lower the currency exchange fee?

    • By increasing your level, you can lower your currency exchange fee by 1%. Please refer to the link on how to level up your status.

ZerTag

The tag that I want to offer isn't on the Database.

  • If you have a specific ZerTag you want, please apply! We will review it and add the appropriate ZerTag.

VIP

I can't select the gender in random matching.

  • Gender selection is a feature only available to VIP members. Sign up and try seamless matching!

  • I want to hide myself on the Call screen.

    • The Camera-Off function in Call is a function only available to VIP members. Sign up and protect your privacy!

  • How do I call someone who speaks another language?

    • When you sign up for a VIP membership, you can use the real-time translation function. Feel free to communicate with people from other countries!
